Prior to approval of any of Globe Telecom's Service Application, a credit check is performed based on the following information: Name of Subscriber, Birthdate and Mother's Full Maiden Name. Upon completion of the Application Form, a credit check follows which determines your eligibility for service application approval. Un-settled payments for services even decades ago will disqualify the applicant immediately. If you are a victim of an identity theft, visit any Globe Wireless Center and request for a copy of the service applied under your name and follow whatever is advised to clear your name.
