For over two weeks now, Internet connectivity has become intermittent especially in areas outside the guaranteed 2 kilometer radius coverage area. Old subscribers prior to the implementation of the GEMS Map or serviceable areas are at risk due to lack of service support extended to them due to newly implemented service coverage area.

During the two week period until now, I have noticed on several occasions an entire sector go down unexpectedly. A node (Globe Tower) is divided into three sectors. Now Wimax connections in certain areas are connected to one sector and any sector going down stresses the system further as the modems connect to another sector. If this happens, currently connected wimax modems abruptly disconnects to give way to the incoming connections from the other sectors.
